Wouldn't that make me be cosplaying a woman?

No, Kittan wears one too, so it would technically be the same person as Alex, but a totally different costume.

Cool, James. Speaking of Iron Gym, what exercises do you recommend a lady like myself do to get a buff chest, arms, and abs?

I have actually seen surprisingly quick results in my upper arms and chest from doing the pull ups with the Iron Gym. Almost faster than when I was doing weight training back in '08 for my Spartan. But weight training, especially in the form of free weights/bench press is good for muscle building.

For my Spartan I used Whey Protein mix from GNC to help support muscle growth/restoration, comes in some good flavors and mixes easily into milk. I plan to pick up some more soon, once I am able to get back to running.

The key to abs is actually running. Of course you need to do core exercises like crunches/sit ups/leg lifts/ "6 inches," but running burns fat like no other, and that is the key to revealing the muscle tone in your core, burning off the fat on top. Oh, a fun idea to casually work on your core is to get one of those big inflatable exercise balls and sit on that in stead of a chair when you are at your computer/watching a movie/other casual activities.

So, we are going to have a Dark Link for Ohayo*con.

Goose has decided that her next project is going to be Dark Link, and we're going to knock it out for Ohayon*Con.

Oh yeah, we are going all out. We're actually currently trying to exactly mirror most of the components of my Link with her Dark Link. Pants, Tunic, Hat, Forearm guard, bracers, gloves, chain mail, and shield so far are planned to be as close as possible. We're sort of shooting for the Smash Brothers Brawl Dark Link color scheme, lots of blacks, silver, and grays. Also been kicking around the idea of maybe getting a prosthetic for the face, probably nothing to severe, but maybe the increased brow ridge, like the Buffy Vampire forehead thing.

I am giving her my old Master Sword, since I made a new Ordon Sword.
