Pizza Club Meeting 9/18/09

I thought we should actually use this forum to actually plan the weekly meetings, or at least get everyone on the same page as to when we are going to meet.

So, I wasn't sure if there was going to be anything this Friday, perhaps a short meeting for some costume things, perhaps dinner, and that's it? I'm kind of needing a relaxing weekend, but I know some of you are excited about costumes, and Jake won't be in state after Friday, so Friday night would be the only time we could this week.

I totally agree. a really short meetup. Heather can size jake, and then we eat dinner perhaps and say goodbye? or something like that. I need to work on a lot of projects and we could all just use some time to tune out and veg out I think.

edit: it would also be cool if we did the itinerary/meeting minutes here too or another topic.

We've...not been keeping minutes for the last few meetings. Yes, let's do that again.

And I guess we have another side project to add to the pile, which I will create a new category for Projects outside of cosplay, such as Riffing, creating videos, design, crafts, stuff like that.

Keeping minutes? Like counting how long the meetings last?

We don't need a whole new forum for Projects, just make a subforum within the Plans one since Projects are Plans. Otherwise this place will start looking cluttered like Chris-chan's house.

Done, the Projects forum is within the Plans one. I was thinking about combining some other forums like this too.

I deleted it after you added the other Projects forum. I wanted to put it as a forum within the Plans forum.

You can do that if you want. I'm still learning all of the "adding forums" stuff.

Well for this Pizza Club meeting I am bringing my computer and Jake's costume. I think we could play around with songs or start riffing something to "get something on paper". I mean, we'll probably get something worthwhile, and we can edit as we go too.

hey alex can you pick up some old newspapers from the sun for me? Im doing some paper mache stuff... and forgot to get newspapers.

I'll be bringing Pizza to pizza club so dont worry about food guys. Im going to get sir pizza

not that many (newspapers)... like two/three should do it.

As far as pizza, we did go through almost three Giovanni's pizzas. But I could pick up chips or something to have a side, so we wouldn't need as much pizza.
