October 9th

So, as of right now, it looks like my first free weekend since...July? is going to be nextweekend, the 9th. This also happens to be my only free weekend in October (JDRF Walk, two weddings, including the one on my birthday :/ ).

So, I was wondering you guys wanted to hang out, watch some bad movies/youtube videos, eat some pizza, maybe pretend to work on props/costumes?

As far as I know right now I'll be free that weekend, sounds fun.

I'll go ahead and see if I can get off work that Saturday. But I am definitely up for it. A big Pizza Club day sounds awesome!

Well, the last I posted here, I was going to ask my manager on Thursday to get the 9th open. And what do you know, it's the first time that I've started working there where my manager already had the next week's schedule up before Thursday. So I work 4pm - close (9pm) Saturday. Still gives me some time to hang out, but not as much as I would like. But I do have Sunday off, so that means I can stay up late on Saturday night, no problem.

And just because I'm working doesn't mean you guys can't do stuff without me. There will be plenty going on in Lexington this weekend, and I know Jake's been wanting to check out the downtown scene during the Equestrian Games, and it will be the last weekend for that kind of thing. I just don't want everyone to feel bad that I have to work.

I was planning on getting in later on Friday night, like, 9 PM or so, to avoid traffic getting out of Downtown Cincy, if that's ok with you guys. I'm just glad to finally have a weekend were I can just hang out and do nothing!

But that should be fine. I close at Disc Replay around 9pm, but I won't actually be out of there until 9:30-10pm. You may have to go straight to Tina and Heather's, unless Jerry takes Brandy home, and then they'll be there before 9pm. We'll figure this stuff out tonight or tomorrow.

Either way, I'm bring a special treat over Friday night. We got a DVD the other week called "T.R.U.T.H. about Dinosaurs", a Christian kids video about dinosaur facts and how dinosaurs fit in with the word of God. Should be entertaining. There's a special feature just called "Dinosaur Jokes". How can we go wrong?

I can also easily aim for getting to your place around 10, Alex. I’ll know for sure once I can finalize some other stuff. I might be meeting up with someone for dinner on Friday, but I’m not sure yet, and if I do, than it'll be no sweat for me to get in later than 9

I guess the only thing I have to do this weekend is play some Guitar Hero/Rock band.

Apparently at the Band of Buds Audition Party, one of the challenges is playing Rock Band, and your score from the game is added directly onto your points from the website, like right now we have, I think 1,800 points from votes/photo challenges, and you go into the Audition with those points to start off with, and then the points you get at the party get added onto that score you came in with, and with Rock Band, where as the other point values are kind of arbitrary, 80-150 points for a photo challenge, the rock band score you get is translated directly into points. So, the Rock Band portion is responsible for a big chunk of your points at the party.
