March 20 Armor/Costuming/Photoshoot Party?

Hey guys the Weekend of Friday march 19/Saturday 20 I am going to be stuck at home dog sitting for my folks, and decided to throw out the idea of inviting everybody up Friday night/Saturday to maybe work on costumes or something, since hopefully by then the weather will be warm enough to resin and I can look into making some swords. As you guys have been here before, you know there is ample crash space/space to work on stuff, both sewing and otherwise. Additionally I do have the excellent woods behind my house that would be a great place to take high quality photos of Zelda costumes.

That doesn't sound too bad! I should be able to, but I just have to make sure I'm available that weekend. I'm hoping to have another part-time job soon, so any and all future weekend plans may be ruined by that. But that's still just a maybe, so I'm giving it a definite maybe. Definitely. Maybe.

That sounds cool. The only thing is Tina and I will have to leave Saturday night because Tina has work on Sunday and I have horn lessons. It should be fun!

Friday night can also, maybe, possibly, be a "James is no longer a diaper inspector" party. 'Cause last week they told me today would be my last day, and then today they pretended like they never said that and then said I was "most likely definitely working until Friday, and then on Friday the engineers were going to look at the budget, and then decide if they wanted to pay to keep the extra staff." So I am maybe possibly getting laid off Friday.

You can draw unemployment! Wooohooo!

I'll have to take a rain check. I've got a lot of homework that I need to get caught up on and I kind of have no money. Have fun though, guys.

Yeah I don't know if I'll be coming Friday night since I work late that night. We could probably do a bit on Saturday.

I know its late but I just paid all my bills and we are broke. So we're just going to stick it in this time around. It stops us from using any money. Im sorry James. I know you always come down here. We'll make it up next time.

Dammit, same here. I don't have the gas money to make it to Cincy. I was really looking forward to pictures, Jungle Jim's, and maybe watching some Doctor Who. I don't think I have anything next weekend, though. And Brandy and I both get paid next week, which means lots of money. Maybe postpone until next weekend?

Marshall could only make it down with his Digital SLR camera this weekend, next weekend he's going to do a Charity even in Cleveland, as the new Ohio Garrison CO he wants to try to make it events in all parts of the state, and is attempting to talk me into going with him next weekend, since I am the new Public Relations Officer for Ohio.

Marshall forgot his Digital SLR, so no new pics of Link, but we got most of his Ghostbuster Proton Pack done, a good start on mine, and I got two Helmets painted, Halo 3 Master Chief and a Mandalorian Executioner.

I had hoped my Doctor suit would get here today, as I really wanted to go out to the British Pub tonight and get a Pint as the Doctor tonight, since Marshall had to leave just now becuase he is "On Call" tonight, but the shipping update from UPS has bumped the estimated time of delivery from today to tomorrow.

probably due to backlog from the main hub. happens all the time to amazon orders and then amazon gets blamed for late shipping when we already sent it out its just due to postage weither fedex/ups/usps blah. cant wait to see a pic of it and sounds like you all were very productive!
