If he's not a charge character, he'll be one like Zangief where you have to do a full circle with the joystick to perform a grapple. The dude has a wife and 8 daughters and says "time to oil up"...I really wish he would be a character I would be good with. And this continues to make me upset about my choice to buy Street Fighter IV instead of waiting for the Super version.

I would have posted this in "Enjoy the little things", but I just posted there. My editor, Steve, told me about this video today. It was an interview during the first day of the search for the escaped convict. He was in a white shirt and khaki pants. Now, when you watch the clip, pay attention to the treeline.

It's a real news report, and Steve said that the guy who showed it to him was going to send the link to Jay Leno and see if it can go on the air. Jay does love stupid criminal stories, and though it isn't the criminal who's stupid in this case, it seems to be right up the alley of what they have on the show. Of course, I don't watch Jay Leno anymore.

I just kind of wonder to what person does it make sense to give a person less than 4 full days of training at an extremely complicated job, and to then just leave them alone in the lab for an entire day becuase the person who was sort of kind of training you has to go to an all day off site meeting. Why did she think it was a good idea to just leave me with 4 samples and go, "hey, I'll be gone all day."
Not that I couldn't do the work, I just got it done by a little after lunch, and then had to find a way to fill 3 hours, becuase there was literally no one I could ask what to do next. I emptied trash cans, cleaned counters, took inventory, of the internal standards stock, and put away and organized glassware.
